Start by browsing through our collection of backdrops, props, stands & plinths. Each item it detailed with dimensions & pricing so you can easily find the perfect pieces.

Get a quote
Once you've selected your items, simply submit an event form. We'll respond via email with our availability & a personalised quote.
We will try our best to work within your budget & suggest alternative options or packages to help create the perfect event.
03.
Confirm booking
After receiving your quote, confrim your booking by making a deposit. We'll finalise the details, lock in the items for your event date & send you a confirmation with everything you need to know.
04.
Delivery & set up
OR pick up
On the day of your event, we'll deliver your items directly to your venue & handle the complete set up, ensuring everything is styled & ready for you & your guests to enjoy.
We also offer a convenient pick up option. At the
scheduled date & time, we'll help pack your car ready for transfer & provide instructions to ensure the correct set up of items.
05.
Pack down & collection OR return
After your event, we'll return at a pre-arranged time to pack down & collect the items.
If you choose to return the items yourself, your bond will be refunded once everything is returned on time & in good condition.
Pick Up Requirements
We understand that you may prefer to manage the pick up & return of hired items yourself to reduce delivery, set up & return fees. However, before selecting this option, please carefully review the following requirements to ensure safe & proper transport of items.
Vehicle Requirements
∙ Back seats are folded down
∙ All items are removed, including baby seats, to maximise space
∙ Fully covered vehicle. Open Utes or trailers are not recommended. If these are your only options, please seek permission from us beforehand.
Measure the available space in vehicle.
∙Width - between wheel wells
∙Length - Ensure drivers seat is not moved forward, as this may pose a safety risk while driving
Most of our large backdrops cannot fit in a standard SUV or sedan.
∙Client must provide appropriate materials, such as blankets or bubble wrap to safeguard items during transfer.
